East Midgar High
Who: Just Sadie and Reno |
When: Two days after a very awkward event
Where: Rufus' Mansion in Junon
What: More conversation?
Warnings?: No clue...
Sadie felt good enough, not to mention brave enough, to wander the East Wing where she was being kept. As long as she kept quiet, she doubted anyone would stop her anyway.
She was looking around at the various things that lined the hallway, artwork mostly, and didn't notice that a certain Turk was heading her way.
The result was that she ran into him...literally...and it wasn't the first time she had done that either.
She was at the stairs now, going up slowly because of the fact she had aggravated her injuries by running around.
"...stupid President and his stairs. Why doesn't he have an elevator?"
Inner Reno: What the hell is wrong with you? You act tough but no! Your a pussy! Kadaj was right, your a weakling!
Reno to inner Reno: "No Dude, I'm not, I'm the most hardcore badass this town has ever seen!"
Inner reno: Then prove it
Reno ran after her "Sadie wait!"
Sadie stopped mid-way up the stairs, turning around and watching him.
"What is it, Reno?" she asked, her head tilting to the side.
Reno never acted like this with a girl before. Usually he was smooth and was able to sweet talk them into getting in bed in under three hours. But when he tried to speak to Sadie, it was hard to come out with words.
She blinked, breaking the mess of incoherent sound into words.
"The theatre?", she asked, grinning, "That sounds fun. I would love to!"
"Oh sweet, I'll come "take you into questioning" around 6, ok?"
Reno smiled, he felt as if a voice in his head was happy.
She snickered, "Oh, questioning huh? I got it, six it is then." she said, "I don't need to get dressed up do I? If so, I'm sure Jude has something I could borrow. We're on better terms now"
"Wear whatever you want, You'll look good in any...I mean do what ya want dude, now if you excuse me, I need to split. Later Sadie"
Reno walked quickly away, with a little bounce in his step.
She laughed, "Till tomorrow!" she called to him, continuing up the stairs.
